Horrible communication they given wrong information on my policy multiple times. Hung up on me when trying to find out about my policy. They took out money a week after cancelation of my policy which I am informed they will not be fully refunding me. Go somewhere else this agency is horrible and has no idea how to do your job. If you get Caitlin ask for someone else she just a paid employee who knows nothing about how their systems work.
